## Description

The Team Leader Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali will coordinate the Team of Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali, ensuring the correct advancement of project activities and contributing actively to the design of electrical systems for motor test benches and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the Team of Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali

- Plan and supervise project activities, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives

- Monitor project progress and resource allocation

- Ensure correct application of internal processes and company standards

- Design electrical systems and special systems for motor test benches and vehicles

- Prepare technical documentation, including technical reports, special tender specifications, and estimated quantity calculations

- Create single-phase electrical diagrams

- Develop plant layouts and electrical installation plans

- Perform calculations and sizing of electrical installations

- Conduct lighting calculations

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical design

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Technician

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software

- Good command of Microsoft Office tools

- Knowledge of main regulations and directives (BT, EMC, Machinery Directive, ATEX)

- Availability for short trips within Italy and occasionally abroad

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work in a team

- Dynamism and problem-solving orientation

- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have:

- Knowledge and use of Progetto Integra software

- Knowledge and use of DiaLux software

- Knowledge and use of Eplan P8 software

- Knowledge and use of TNE software

- Familiarity with performance level calculation tools

- Knowledge of PLC-based systems

- Membership in the Professional Order

Salary: 30k - 33k RAL
