## Description

We are seeking a Bank Host and Catering Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team at Spire Liverpool Hospital on an as and when basis to cover sickness and annual leave. As a Bank Host and Catering Assistant, you will assist in the preparation and delivery of high-standard food and beverage services to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages

- Serve food to staff, consultants, visitors, and patients in the restaurant and wards

- Engage with patients to raise awareness of food and beverage services tailored to their needs

- Take orders and adhere to special dietary requirements

- Maintain stock control through rotation, date checking, and packaging inspection

- Adhere to statutory regulations for kitchen safety and hygiene

- Perform general cleaning and washing up duties

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a catering role

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Excellent customer care skills

- Ability to work without supervision

- Caring and sympathetic nature

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
