## Description

The Defense Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Task Order Manager Lead to join its F-16 Avionics Intermediate Station (AIS) Product Support Integrator (PSI) team. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role ensuring seamless coordination, effective performance, and mission success.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Leading and managing technical task order teams

- Coordinating priorities and assignments with government stakeholders and internal Leidos leadership

- Providing leadership and guidance to analysts and technicians

- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to AIS sustainment, upgrades, and obsolescence

- Preparing and delivering clear written and verbal communication, including authoring requirements documents and advising the customer on technical issues

**Required Experience, Skills, and Education:**

- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in managing government programs

- US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance

- Proven technical knowledge of F-16 Automatic Test Equipment and associated Support Equipment

- Demonstrated experience with F-16 AIS variants, including AIS, IAIS, VXI-IAIS, R-IAIS, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD) hardware, and related ancillary SE

- Proven management experience in planning, directing, and coordinating program support activities; interfacing with government personnel; conducting feasibility studies; cost evaluation; standards compliance; and logistics support analysis for military systems

- Familiarity with Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) development and execution

**Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:**

- Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience

- PMP Certificate

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- F-16 Avionics Project Management

- F-16 Production Supervisor experience

The pay range for this job is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
