## Description

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a Client Management Officer to develop and execute strategies for deeper engagement with existing HMO corporate clients. The goal is to drive client satisfaction, build strong partnerships, manage healthcare service utilization costs, and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

- Develop client engagement strategies aligned with company goals for client retention and satisfaction.

- Analyze client data to identify segments and tailor engagement initiatives.

- Monitor client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and oversee actions to address potential issues.

- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and discuss renewals.

- Educate clients on HMO benefits, programs, and resources.

- Design and execute client communication campaigns and events.

- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports on activity management, renewal status, and progress.

- Initiate, negotiate, and close account renewals, including achieving rate actions for account profitability.

- Oversee client collections and payment for renewals.

- Manage accurate client records.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a consistent client experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in client engagement, customer relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or insurance.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Customer orientation.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Collaboration with teams to deliver client experience and address concerns.
