## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

The GIP team operates as a central business team that partners with functions such as Mobility, Commercial, Marketing, Marketplace, and other operational teams to identify growth opportunities, provide data-driven insights, and support business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage day-to-day marketplace growth metrics, investigate short-term anomalies, and troubleshoot with relevant teams as needed.

- Develop day-to-day tactical initiatives to improve marketplace dynamics, using marketplace tools efficiently.

- Coordinate cross-teams to execute campaigns from end-to-end, update system knowledge, and troubleshoot system issues.

- Perform demand planning, such as forecasting demand and coming up with growth initiatives for weekly and monthly cycles.

- Set up campaigns on the system, monitor and adjust campaign performance on a daily basis.

- Conduct preliminary analysis to drive insight on the effectiveness and impact of campaigns on revenue and demand growth.

- Assist Marketplace Senior to conduct experiments for economics optimization.

- Build presentations to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- A degree from a reputable university in any discipline, 2+ years of experience.

- Familiarity with economics is a strong plus.

- Good logical thinking and meticulousness.

- Strong sense of curiosity in seeking impactful opportunities and learning about economics.

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with large datasets and a knack for piecing together data to form insights.

- Working understanding of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform.

- Processing and analyzing complex data sets using SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel.
