## Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in the Waste and Recycling Team at London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham as a Waste Reduction and Recycling Officer.

London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is committed to reducing environmental impacts and declared a climate emergency in July 2019. The team is looking for someone who can proactively help increase recycling performance, has excellent communication skills, an understanding of the principles and practices of recycling and waste management, and experience in a waste environment delivering improvement projects.

As a Waste Reduction and Recycling Officer, you will be responsible for the proactive management and delivery of new and existing projects on waste reduction, community reuse, food waste reduction, and waste and recycling service provision.

The salary range for this role is £41,739 - £43,014 per annum.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work proactively, and experience in a waste environment.
