## Description

At Databricks, you will play a crucial role as a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect, collaborating with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in customers.

You will drive growth in assigned customers and use cases, leading stakeholders, building executive relationships, and orchestrating teams within Databricks.

As a technical lead, you will engage with Solutions Architects, lead post-technical win technical account strategy, and execute plans for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritised customers

- Leading post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plans for Databricks use cases

- Being the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders

- Resolving technical issues or questions related to production/go-live status of agreed-upon use cases

- Leveraging Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources

- Creating and executing point-of-view on accelerating key use cases into production

- Navigating Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and upgrade needs

- Developing execution plans covering all activities of customer-facing technical roles and teams

- Providing internal and external updates and KPI reporting on usage and customer health

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI

- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala

- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles

- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems

- Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables

- Technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management

- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives

- Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objective targets

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
