## Compensation

The base salary range for this role is €50K – €65K. The actual compensation offered will depend on multiple factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

## How you'll make impact

As a Financial Partnerships Operations Manager, you will help run the day-to-day operations of Airwallex's Financial Partnerships team across EMEA, supporting strong relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating projects across partner requirements, due diligence, regulatory and scheme changes, operational requests, and cross-functional implementations.

- Improving team operations by building scalable processes, governance mechanisms, reporting, and performance dashboards.

- Partnering with various teams to deliver changes and resolve dependencies.

- Driving effective triage of partner escalations and operational requests.

- Delivering clear updates to senior stakeholders and external partners.

## What we're looking for

### Essentials

- Project management experience with a track record of coordinating complex workstreams.

- 5+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, payments, banking operations, or a related field.

- Experience improving processes, policies, products, or operational workflows.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with relevant tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker.

- Ability to think critically and creatively while balancing growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and risk.

### Preferred

- Experience in compliance or regulatory compliance.

- Experience working directly with banking partners, sponsor banks, payment processors, or other regulated financial institutions.

- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring or issuing, network rules, scheme mandates, KYC or KYB, due diligence, or technical integration processes.

- Experience building scalable operating mechanisms.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional implementation across various teams.
