## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services including food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

You will be a member of the Driver Management team, which manages supply across 100K+ drivers in the country.

This role is a balance of strategy-operation, analytics, and stakeholder management on partner acquisition in all Grab Thailand.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

- Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities

- Initiate strategies, online/offline campaigns, and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure drivers

- Design efficient incentives and operation flows to drive supply growth and work with cross-functional teams to execute

- Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the management

- Budget management

- Manage and plan budget allocation and track cost from initiatives

- Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making

QUALIFICATIONS: What Essential Skills You Will Need:

- A minimum 1-3 year of relevant work experience in business-related fields, sales, or technology firms

- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential

- Strong in both operational and analytical skills

- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights

- Team/project management - effective management of people and resources

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint

- Familiar with remote working/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom & Slack

- Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines

- High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success

- Bilingual capabilities in English and Thai (preferred)
