## Description

**What will you do?**

- Strategic Channel Management: Lead day-to-day management of B2C and B2B channel partner and distributor accounts to drive sell-through, maximize Sony sales share, and enhance brand activation in retail spaces.

- Corporate Account Development (B2B): Cultivate and manage key B2B system integrator and corporate client relationships to expand Sony's footprint in the corporate solutions market.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with Sony's regional growth objectives.

- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to provide actionable insights.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless customer experiences by acting as a primary point of contact between internal teams.

- Performance Optimization: Track and report on key KPIs, providing data-backed recommendations to optimize sales performance and program profitability.

**What a successful candidate looks like?**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in Channel/Key Account Management within the consumer electronics or tech industry.

- Demonstrated experience in B2B corporate account management is highly preferred.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proactive, professional approach.

- Strong ability to interpret sales data to drive strategic improvements.
