## Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Buyer to join our Purchasing department at Ubisoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimising long-term costs and managing risks for recurring IT purchasing categories, particularly Cloud and Hosting expenses.

Your main objectives will be:

- Define and implement a Cloud/Hosting purchasing strategy aligned with the Group's technological roadmap

- Manage strategic sourcing to identify purchasing performance opportunities

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts

- Develop reports on these activities using established tools and processes

- Maintain regular communication with internal partners and actively participate in developing relationships with key players

- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in purchasing

- Collaborate with the supply team on potential supplier reactivity issues, internal client feedback, and new contracts

- Implement a medium- to long-term strategy with major IT suppliers to control costs, risks, and quality

Requirements:

- Significant operational experience as an IT buyer with expertise in Cloud and Hosting categories

- In-depth knowledge of Cloud economic models (IaaS, PaaS), hyperscale environments, and associated contractual models

- Ability to negotiate in complex, multicultural contexts

- Strong relationship management skills with executive-level interlocutors

- Assertiveness and ability to provide strategic recommendations

- Capacity to develop and maintain your network with peers and suppliers

- Reactivity and rigour in managing your files

- Pragmatism and comfort with prioritising tasks

- Advanced Excel skills and solid foundation in purchasing contract law (desirable)

- Fluency in English (indispensable for this international role)
