## Description

The GTM Acceleration team at Cisco shapes the company's global go-to-market strategy and supports its business transformation. As a GTM Strategy Leader, you will operate at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, sales investment, and executive decision-making. Your scope will be worldwide, and you will work directly with Sales Leadership, GTM Acceleration Leadership, Regional Strategy & Planning teams, Finance, and Corporate Strategy.

**Responsibilities**

- Take on Cisco's most complex and unstructured go-to-market questions

- Deliver rigorous analytical insight

- Shape executive narratives that align Sales Leadership behind strategic direction, investment decisions, and operating model change

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline

- 8+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, corporate strategy, or management consulting

- Experience building robust quantitative models for coverage, capacity, investment, or scenario planning

- Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations to VP-level stakeholders or higher

- Experience in the enterprise B2B technology sector

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm

- MBA or master's degree in a relevant field

- Demonstrated excellence in hypothesis-driven problem solving, complex quantitative modeling, and executive presence & influence

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, expert-level Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in applying AI tools to analytical work
