As a Supervisor of Food and Beverage, you will oversee the activities of the Food and Beverage area, guiding, prioritizing, and distributing tasks, and solving operational problems.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise daily activities of the Food and Beverage area

- Prepare and organize restaurant and buffet layouts

- Conduct briefings with kitchen and restaurant teams

- Maintain breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar guidelines, following hygiene and food handling norms

- Ensure sales maximization and cost control to optimize profitability

- Participate in menu development

- Monitor product and service quality

- Receive clients and control consumption

- Seek new suppliers to improve cost of goods sold

- Develop the team and ensure knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices

- Collaborate with the inventory team on purchasing, quality, and receiving

- Supervise and execute restaurant closing activities

- Perform monthly closings and analyze prime cost, gross margin, and ABC curve with the immediate manager

- Innovate and implement actions for the restaurant according to the hotel's characteristics

- Provide an environment that encourages clients to consume more and have a memorable experience

- Maintain equipment and materials in good condition

- Ensure physical, asset, and food safety for clients and employees

- Support employee selection and development

- Share client preferences with the Reception team

- Be an ambassador of brand values and participate in service culture actions

- Follow environmental guidelines
