We are seeking a Front Office Clerk/ Loyalty Officer to join our team at JW Marriott in Hong Kong.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local area highlights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests

- Completing reports and maintaining records

- Sharing knowledge of the local area with guests

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- No prior work experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
