## Description

As an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager at Target, you will enable high performance of the supply chain facility by fostering a reliability-centered maintenance culture within your team that ensures high equipment availability and success for the operation of the supply chain facility.

You will provide strong leadership to your Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software Technicians, and will cultivate a sense of urgency and quality focus.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering solutions for challenging problems

- Working with building leaders to optimize use of material handling equipment

- Managing external contractors

- Being on call for emergencies

- Handling multiple projects and daily activities

- Meeting tough timelines

- Developing a continuous improvement ethic in your team

- Improving the reliability of the system through ownership in defect handling, breakdown elimination and planning and scheduling

- Collaborating with other department leaders to accomplish engineering and maintenance departmental goals

You will also be responsible for the leadership & development, coaching, and performance management of the team, including providing frequent constructive and critical feedback on work quality, guidance, and direction.

The salary range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00.
