## Description

As a Manager - Warehouse at Swiggy Instamart, you will lead warehouse operations for a mid-size warehouse covering all departments including Inbound, Outbound, dispatch, inventory, and liquidation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions to meet AOP targets

- Leading the middle mile and reverse logistics between warehouses and PODs (Dark stores)

- Collaborating with quality, compliance, and HR teams to ensure statutory compliance

- Managing warehouse and logistics costs to meet AOP targets

- Leading and mentoring 15-20 on-roll team members and 500-600 blue-collar associates

- Driving manpower retention programs to control absenteeism and attrition

You will be required to have:

- 4-8 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Experience managing an on-roll team of 15+ members

- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills

- Adaptability to dynamic situations

- Experience in the ecommerce/quick commerce industry
