## Description

Samsara, a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, is seeking a Recruiter - Sales Development to help build its sales team.

The successful candidate will own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level sales roles, partnering with ADR directors and managers to bring in top talent.

Key responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level sales roles

- Build and run proactive outbound pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter

- Partner with ADR directors and managers to align on candidate profiles and interview processes

- Use funnel data to spot problems early and adjust strategies

- Deliver an excellent candidate experience

Requirements:

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on sales recruiting

- Deep experience sourcing, engaging, and converting passive talent

- Proven success in high-volume environments with multiple concurrent requisitions

- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders

- Comfort using metrics and funnel data to drive recruiting decisions

Ideal candidates will also have:

- Agency recruiting experience

- Curiosity about AI and its applications in sourcing and screening

- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems

The compensation range for this role is $86,275-$116,000 USD per year.
