## Description

As a Senior Market Manager at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory.

You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb.

Your goal will be to ensure the health and expansion of our supply in the West Territory, managing hosts and acquiring high-quality inventory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building, managing, and expanding partner relationships within your territory

- Conducting regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners

- Implementing strategies to effectively manage and optimize strategic partnerships

- Prospecting and onboarding new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography

- Educating clients on significant product updates and cascading feedback to internal stakeholders

- Leveraging data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities

- Working cross-functionally with teams such as product, communications, and customer support

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Portuguese

- 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus

- Proven track record of working with leads pipelines and books of business

- Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data

- Experience working cross-functionally and excellent communication and presentation skills

- Highly proficient in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce

We offer a monthly salary range of R$22,000 - R$27,500 BRL, as well as bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
