## Description

We are seeking a Sr Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. As a Sr Data Analyst, you will be an exciting opportunity for a curious and collaborative analyst who is energized by connecting with stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and shaping strategy through insights.

You will sit at the intersection of data and strategy, serving as a trusted advisor and insight translator across teams. Your analysis won't just inform; it will inspire decisions that drive the business forward.

Some of what you will do includes:

- Explore and interpret data to uncover the story behind business performance,what happened, why it matters, and what comes next.

- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses that identify new opportunities, answer strategic questions, and support decision-making.

- Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional partners to understand business needs and translate insight from guest performance data into data-driven strategies.

- Develop intuitive, action-oriented dashboards and visualizations that highlight key takeaways,not just numbers.

- Lead storytelling sessions and presentations with key leaders and stakeholders, communicating insights clearly and effectively.

- Build strong relationships across the business to stay plugged into evolving priorities and ensure analytics stay relevant and impactful.
