## Description

Working as a Style Consultant at Target means being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and outstanding customer service.

The role involves driving sales, maintaining a fully stocked and organised salesfloor, and providing an inspiring shopping experience for guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing visual standards and promotional signage to drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad

- Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs

- Maintaining product availability and a full floorpad through priority fills and merchandising

- Supporting guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Be open to working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

- Strong knowledge of apparel products and accessories

In terms of physical demands, the role requires:

- Climbing ladders

- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely

- Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds

- Working in varying temperatures and humidity levels
