## Description

The NAM Tax Compliance Senior Manager role leads tax compliance and reporting processes within NAM, driving standardization and automation to manage increasing workloads. The successful candidate will prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns, manage transfer pricing adjustments, and oversee P10/P12 group reporting, PYA, and cash tax reporting. They will report to the Global Tax Process and Governance Director.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and reviewing tax returns and related GL reconciliations

- Reviewing and approving transfer pricing adjustments

- Managing P10/P12 group reporting, PYA, and cash tax reporting and forecasting

- Collaborating with finance business partners, operational teams, and global tax SMEs

- Supporting relationships with external tax advisors and auditors

- Driving efficiencies in direct and indirect tax compliance processes

- Managing a team and developing direct reports

The ideal candidate has:

- An accounting qualification and 8-10 years of experience in reporting or tax compliance

- Experience with IFRS reporting (e.g., ACCA or dipIFR) and SAP

- Broad understanding of key international tax issues

- Experience in managing teams and preferably managers

- Proven ability to support others through change
