**Job Description**

The Presentation Specialist role involves transforming complex technical data and business concepts into effective visuals using data visualization, graphics, and storytelling techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create visually engaging presentations, reports, and other materials using data visualization, graphics, and storytelling techniques

- Design and produce print and electronic corporate presentation materials in compliance with company branding and standards

- Prepare and produce recurring internal and external reporting materials

- Respond promptly to create, update, and enhance ad-hoc presentations

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend effective visual communication solutions

- Develop and maintain presentations, infographics, dashboards, and other creative collateral

- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Leverage AI-enabled productivity and design tools to improve efficiency and creativity

**Formal Education & Work Experience:**

- 4-6 years of presentation design, visual communication, or graphic design experience within a corporate environment

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred

- Experience supporting executive leadership and global business stakeholders is highly desirable

**Technical Skills Required:**

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills

- Strong understanding of presentation design principles, typography, and color theory

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign

- Experience working with data visualization tools and graphical reporting techniques
