## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Services Business Development, Retail&Commerce to drive growth of its Services business. The successful candidate will lead new logo acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business development from prospecting to deal closure and revenue growth

- Drive new client acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects

- Grow and manage a portfolio of existing clients, increasing share of wallet and expanding into new buying centres

- Develop and execute client-centric growth strategies, translating customer needs into scalable solutions

- Build and maintain senior relationships, positioning Mastercard as a strategic partner

- Own and deliver against sales targets, pipeline development, and revenue objectives

Experience & Skills:

- Proven track record of excellence in B2B sales and business development

- Strong experience in selling complex solutions, ideally within data/analytics, loyalty, or professional services

- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close deals with senior executives and C-level stakeholders

- Highly proactive, self-driven, and resilient with a strong commercial mindset

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to quickly understand and position complex, technical offerings

- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across markets and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

- Fluency in English and German is a must
