## Description

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.

The successful candidate will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease

- Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Documenting client/patient/resident information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans

- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises

- Demonstrating knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents

- Exhibiting flexibility with acceptance of variable work schedules and assignments

- Participating in activities to promote the department and Sanford Health

- Providing ongoing education and training to peers in areas of expertise

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Salary Range: $37.50 - $62.00
