## Description

Fuse Energy is a vertically integrated energy company with 300k+ customers and $550M+ in ARR. They're on a mission to make energy cheap, clean, and abundant.

As a Social Strategist, you will own one of Fuse's social platforms end-to-end, controlling the content pillars, formats, calendar, and posting plan. You'll run a small team, working with creators to produce amazing content.

Responsibilities:

- Own and control the feed: content pillars, formats, calendar, and posting plan

- Run a monthly and annual plan with the Head of Content

- Stay on top of business and online trends, coming up with briefs for your pod to produce

- Brief and review creators' work, providing analytics to improve their content

- Post content into the feedback loop and push winners into the ad account

- Work with growth to brief creators on ads and share winning content

- Hire and manage freelancers, owning your pod's production budget

- Run the community: reply to comments and DMs, surfacing customer feedback

Requirements:

- Socials instinct and ideas: spotting winners and explaining why they'll work

- Organisation: planning, briefing, reading analytics, and keeping multiple projects on track

- Taking full ownership of your platform, moving fast, and getting others to do the same

- Being genuinely obsessed with what performs and why, and plugged into internet culture
