## Description

As a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Coleraine, County Londonderry, you will be responsible for the overall customer experience across the store. Key responsibilities include:

- Assuming overall responsibility for running the store at times

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Experience in customer-facing environments with a focus on service excellence

- Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and other employee relations issues

- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting
