Join CVS Health as a Beauty Sales Consultant in Ewa Beach, HI. As a sales-oriented consultant, you will provide exceptional customer experiences in the beauty zone, sharing your extensive industry knowledge and the latest beauty trends and techniques.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Deliver personalized sales service to every client, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.

- Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice.

- Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate different thought processes.

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to maximize sales.

**Operational**

- Educate customers on various products, proper usage, and benefits.

- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events.

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials.

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked zone, adhering to hygiene standards.

- Ensure compliance with CVS policies on tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing.

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing educational programs.

- Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budgets and tracking progress.

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls.

- Maintain a professional appearance and stay updated on the latest beauty trends.

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.

- Physical abilities to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach or grasp objects.

- Manual dexterity for tasks like ear piercing.

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with the ability to use sales data and product knowledge to meet goals.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Goal-driven, able to multitask, and work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours.

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish for specific stores.

- At least 18 years old.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience.

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.

- Strong passion for beauty.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:** 40
