## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Eastbourne. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in beauty products and services. You will work closely with our team to create a personalized experience for each customer, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on beauty products and services to customers

- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and preferences

- Recommend products and services to meet customer needs

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and trends

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Passion for beauty and a desire to learn and develop skills
