## Description

We are seeking a Retail Artist to join our team at Brown Thomas, Dundrum. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for creating a world-class artistry experience for our customers. You will be expected to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feed on the buzz of achieving your goals, and be a real support to your managers and colleagues alike.

You will be a champion of the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience. You will be a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and want to pass on your knowledge to customer after customer. You will live and breathe the Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks and be able to recreate the magic of these on your customer, as well as offering advice and guidance.

You will follow the company grooming standards to a tee and know what good looks like. You will be required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts.

You will have the opportunity to attend Charlotte's Magic Academy, where you will combine art, commerce, and Charlotte's own values. You will feel truly empowered to live the magic in your role.
