## About the Role

The Group Product Manager will lead a team of Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Product Analysts. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Engineering, Design, Category Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to launch new products.

## Responsibilities

- Define a compelling product vision and strategy for the organisation and influence other functional leaders and teams.

- Identify and prioritise problems to be solved, breaking them down into manageable tasks.

- Develop technology-led ideas to address prioritised problems and experiment with multiple concepts using MVPs and prototypes.

- Ensure high product quality through user acceptance testing, dogfooding, and other processes.

- Create a go-to-market plan with business and marketing stakeholders to maximise product success.

- Establish product metrics and track them continuously.

- Analyse usage patterns and develop action plans to improve metrics.

- Develop a product roadmap with a minimum 3-month forward-looking view of solutions to key customer and business problems.

- Lead, mentor, and coach a direct team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of work experience.

- At least 6+ years of experience in product management in a tech-led company, preferably with consumer internet experience.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills based on 'first principles' thinking.

- Good understanding of technology.

- Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation.

- Experience managing a direct reporting team of product managers.
