## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Ekkersrijt store, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers find the right products or solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing specialist product knowledge to customers and being a role model for your colleagues

- Being the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor for problems and complex customer questions

- Training, supervising, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor, providing proactive feedback to help them improve their work

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the Coolblue store and sharing your ideas with the (Assistant) Storemanager

In return, we offer:

- A salary between € 2,891 and € 3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in a store

- Experience in managing and coordinating employees is a plus

- Ability to identify opportunities and make improvements

- Ability to provide stimulating feedback

- Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)

- No problem working weekends and evenings

- Able to provide a VOG without notes
