## Description

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of assigned utility systems, including HVAC, water supply, steam, gas, compressed air, and LNG, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of all utility and facility systems, focusing on performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

- Supervise contractors and internal staff, ensuring safety, site policy compliance, and adherence to GSK and regulatory standards.

- Investigate equipment failures and abnormal events, implement corrective actions, and contribute to risk identification, reporting, and escalation.

- Support annual budgeting, project planning, and CAPEX development and execution, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

- Conduct risk assessments, verifications, self-inspections, and gap analyses to ensure compliance with GSK engineering standards.

- Provide effective staff training and promote a safe, verified, and high-performance utility engineering operation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, utility equipment management.

- Strong knowledge of utility operations, technical skills, and methods.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing plant facilities management, new construction, or renovation projects.

- SAP-based equipment maintenance experience.

- English language proficiency.
