## Description

Honor Technology is seeking a Lead Care Professional to provide compassionate care to older adults in their homes. As a Lead Care Professional, you will be the first impression of our clients, building relationships with them and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide professional care to older adults in their homes

- Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines

- Help with new client starts and transitioning clients to ongoing caregivers

- Review care plans and visit notes to understand client needs and preferences

- Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers

- Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs

- Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and caregivers

Requirements:

- 4+ years of professional caregiving experience

- Active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential preferred

- Open weekday availability and ability to rotate weekend on-call shifts

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes

- Comfortable working in different home environments

- Ability to accept shifts on short notice

- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role

- Pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments

- Available for 60 hours per week for guaranteed 40 full-time hours

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Pay and Benefits:
