## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team as a foundational member. The successful candidate will own outcomes, design practices, and quality standards across several vertical and horizontal teams.

The Senior Product Designer will lead solution discovery, design highly polished experiences, and collaborate closely with adjacent teams to align with the overall product vision.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning team-level outcomes and delivering end-to-end design solutions with minimal supervision

- Influencing the product direction of the specific problem space through discovery activities and collaborative workshops

- Bridging cross-functional partners and articulating the Design Team's values, processes, and design rationales

- Designing intuitive, elegant, and precise user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using established design systems and cutting-edge design tools

- Supporting the craft by participating in peer design feedback and critiques

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields, with proven experience independently owning design outcomes and practices for a dedicated vertical team or complex platform features.
