## Description

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming. As an Associate Creator Program Manager, you will identify, prospect, and develop new sponsorship and affiliate partnership opportunities for Razer's Creator Program.

Responsibilities:

- Manage communications and relationships between potential partners, agencies, and influencers with internal stakeholders.

- Prospect new partners to grow the pipeline of sponsorship opportunities for Razer Creators.

- Support influencer outreach and product seeding initiatives.

- Develop marketing campaigns and creator sponsorship opportunities.

- Coordinate affiliate marketing initiatives and track partner performance.

- Analyze metrics from influencer media campaigns to optimize future campaigns.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support organisational marketing efforts.

- Engage with fans and partners at events and tradeshows.

Pre-requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR.

- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with understanding of affiliate marketing.

- Relationship building and partnerships experience.

- Great communication and influence skills.

- Understanding of influencer marketing, online marketing, and sales prospecting.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and generate business results.

- Ability to work with global teams across multiple cultures.

- Gamer and gaming knowledge is required.

- Talent management experience is preferred.
