## Description

As a Senior Risk Manager on Capital One's Card Risk Team, you will apply your risk management, project management, and analytical skills to high-profile risk initiatives, working closely with business partners to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement risk management practices with business teams and stakeholders

- Lead risk framework discussions and drive creative solutions to improve the risk profile

- Participate in risk forums and business reporting routines

- Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or control environment

- Synthesize data and reporting to provide proactive business insights

- Drive and deliver results and improvements in line with the business' risk agenda

- Stay up-to-date with the changing regulatory environment

- Collaborate effectively across multiple levels and organisations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

- At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services

- At least 4 years of program management experience

- At least 4 years of experience supporting internal business clients

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree

- 6+ years of Project Management experience

- 6+ years of financial services risk management experience

- 3+ years of experience in Agile or design thinking

- Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
