## Description

Palantir is seeking a Product Designer to join their Design Team. The team is responsible for the human experience of using Palantir's software. As a Product Designer, you will be involved at every stage of design work, from defining early product concepts to executing on visual design.

Key responsibilities include:

- Interaction and visual design using tools like Figma

- User research, including informal research and collaborating with customers

- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to realize design ideas

- Understanding of software interfaces, with familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Autonomy over work, with a wide skill set necessary

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

- High empathy and dedication to the user

- Iterative design process experience

- Excitement for solving complex problems

- Willingness to learn and make decisions independently

Requirements include:

- Planning to graduate in 2027

- Active US Security clearance or eligibility

- Portfolio demonstrating software interface design experience
