We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in helping us to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

* Work closely with the data engineering team to design, develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experience
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions
* Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
------------

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data science or a related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R or SQL
* Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
