## Description

We are looking for a work student to join our Corporate unit for three months, working approximately two days a week on a know-how project. The project focuses on new and recent developments in corporate law, updating internal knowledge and informing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Research relevant legal documents and literature

- Write memos and updates

- Circulate information within the office and prepare client newsletters

- Participate in social activities

Requirements:

- Student in the final stages of a law degree (master's level)

- Proactive and good communication and social skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
