## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cheltenham Centrum. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 16:30-20:30

- Monday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
