## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs

- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for managing pain and improving function

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with patients with complex or chronic conditions

- Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy, such as sports medicine or pediatrics

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
