As a Senior Area General Manager for Oncology & Hematology in the Pacific Northwest, you will lead and manage a dynamic cross-functional customer-facing team to deliver top-line targets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Achieve revenue goals for the area and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

- Develop and lead a high-performing team, including sales representatives, key account managers, and regional account directors

- Embody leadership qualities, including coaching and developing team members

- Gain a deep understanding of relevant markets, business models, and strategic priorities

- Define regional strategy and priorities in collaboration with cross-functional and HQ teams

- Direct local squad P&L and monitor financial reports

- Develop long-term relationships with influential customers

- Lead and orchestrate national initiatives and oversee allocation of specialized support resources

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector

- Exemplary leadership and senior management skills

- High level of business and financial acumen

- Ability to identify strategies with the greatest business impact

- Thorough understanding of health systems, customer segments, and regional market dynamics

- Willing and able to travel routinely on a weekly basis

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- People leadership and/or cross-functional experiences

- Oncology expertise

- Experience in managing budgets, negotiating for resources, and maximizing return on investment

- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams

**Salary Range:** $224,240.00 - $336,360.00
