## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 18:00-22:00. During the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December, you may be required to work up to full-time hours due to operational demands.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive in-store environment. You will be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you will adapt to changing demands and support colleagues during busy periods.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, representing M&S and delivering five-star service to customers. You will be resilient, committed, and able to work well under pressure.
