## Description

Faculty is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead high-stakes AI transformation for the UK's most critical government partners. As a Delivery Manager in the Public Services team, you will act as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead, driving AI projects that deliver meaningful, long-term value.

The Public Services Business Unit at Faculty leverages AI for the benefit of individual citizens and the public good. You may need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with clients from time to time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for prominent clients

- Working with Government stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs

- Collaborating with technical, innovation, and other key client teams

- Managing projects and driving development to provide maximum value to the customer

- Forming strong relationships with customers and internal team members to translate user research into solution requirements and operational impact

- Developing and executing compelling proposals to grow Faculty's footprint and impact across Public Services

- Advising clients on AI strategy and technical implementation

- Mentoring peers and building robust processes and practices within the team

Requirements include:

- Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery

- Proven experience in the Public Services space

- Exposure to working with GDS-style digital products

- Ability to take full responsibility for project delivery

- Exceptional communication skills

- Comfortable working with technical teams and delivering technical projects

- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous settings

The interview process consists of a Talent Team Screen, Introduction Interview, and Case Study Interview.
