This job provides strategic consulting and guidance on complex mobility and immigration issues. You will analyze data to offer sound recommendations to business organizations and employees regarding mobility and immigration considerations. The role involves supporting program requirements such as cost projections, policy consultation, assignment documentation, and coordination of international immigration support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic consulting and guidance on complex mobility issues

- Analyzing data to provide sound recommendations and counseling relocating employees on mobility matters

- Supporting program requirements such as cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, and coordination of international immigration support

- Building and managing partnerships with key stakeholders like HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Tax

- Staying updated on global mobility and immigration trends to develop alternative solutions and options

- Establishing policy guidance and maintaining a compliance framework for the mobile and immigration employee population

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

- Austin, Texas: $106,000.00 - $157,300.00 Annually

- Chicago, Illinois: $106,000.00 - $157,300.00 Annually

- San Jose, California: $116,500.00 - $173,250.00 Annually
