## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's hiring process, specifically working with Ashby to create efficient workflows and provide data-driven insights.

The Talent Operations team focuses on creating a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. They leverage automation and AI to optimize their processes, ensuring maximum impact with minimal headcount growth.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Ashby-related queries

- Build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms, and scorecards

- Manage job postings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain high-quality data hygiene within the ATS

- Support Talent Ops projects and process improvements

Requirements:

- Prior experience with Ashby as an active user

- Fast-paced operations experience in recruiting or coordination

- Strong data hygiene instincts

- Comfortable using AI tools

- Clear written communication skills

- Ability to work in United States timezone hours

Nice to Have:

- Analytical and reporting skills

- Experience with scheduling at scale

- Project management abilities

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being the expert in the system, values building templates for efficiency, and is comfortable working at a rapid pace without compromising accuracy.

In the first six months, the successful candidate will:

- Audit and standardize interview plans

- Reduce job setup time by creating templates

- Automate a manual workflow using AI or integration tooling

- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with scheduling automation

- Lead 1-2 Talent Operations projects from start to finish
