## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Inpatient team at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of patients, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Interpreting physician referrals and completing evaluations using appropriate methods

- Establishing and implementing individual treatment plans based on evaluation results and functional goals

- Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve optimum patient care

- Completing required documentation and maintaining accurate records

- Participating in performance improvement activities and pursuing professional growth

Requirements:

- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in an inpatient setting
