## Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Match Day Operations Staff member to join our team at Red Bull New York. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of various sports events, including Red Bull New York (MLS) matches at SIS, NJ/NY Gotham FC (NWSL) matches at SIS, and RBNY II (MLSNP) matches at Montclair State University.

Your main tasks will include:

- Supporting the operations of SIS and stadium setup, breakdown, staging, and conversion for matches

- Coordinating with other Red Bull New York departments to ensure successful event execution

- Collaborating with outside parties such as visiting teams, referees, league officials, vendors, and partners to meet their needs

- Performing other designated assigned responsibilities

To excel in this role, you should:

- Be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform moderate labor over 8-12 hours, often in varying weather conditions

- Demonstrate professionalism around professional athletes and teams, maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure

- Be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask at a high level

The base hourly rate for this position is $20. Actual offers may vary based on work experience. This is a part-time role, and you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
