## Description

We are a leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients worldwide.

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will partner with our care teams to support patients across various health conditions, primarily via phone and email, focusing on the UK market.

## Responsibilities:

- Support patients through a range of conditions via phone and email

- Focus on the UK market during mid-shift/night shift

- Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners

- Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, or services

## Requirements:

- Passion for health and wellness

- Experience in customer care (3+ years) or equivalent (hospitality, email support, call centre, retail)

- Sales experience (1+ year) with a proven track record of achieving targets

- Interest in healthcare and wellness, or experience in the healthcare space

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software (Mac and Google Suite a plus)

- Willingness to work late shifts (2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time) with no fixed weekend off
