## Description

We are seeking a Quality Designer to join the EA Sports FC Companion App Quality Verification team at EA Vancouver. As a Quality Designer, you will lead the strategic quality practices for our mobile and web companion app, ensuring the best experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end quality strategy for mobile and web

- Collaborate to create solutions to quality problems using an experimental mindset

- Analyse and compile data points to build strategies to improve overall player experience

- Mentor others and assist with growing their knowledge

- Promote a "Player First" approach and advocate for the player in everything we do

Requirements:

- Experience leading mobile game play testing

- Experience playing FC, including the Companion App

- 5+ years of applicable experience

- Foundation in machine learning/AI concepts and evaluation

- Experience with bug prevention and containment strategies

- Experience working within a continuous delivery model

- Experience working with React Native a plus
